海 岸 英译

但去莫复问 白云无尽时
——痛悼诗友王禄松

脚灯渐暗，乐波轻拍，
紫绒大幕徐徐地下落……

夕阳西隧，夜气袭来，
灿亮的流星飞掠长空。

惊愕的电波击穿耳膜，
一阵颤慄，血湧脑顱

讲坛上挺立，容光焕发，
一身潇洒，妙语如珠；

宏论淹没了两岸的听众，
掌声响澈台北的菩提树。

物换星移，北辰高照，
画师的微笑游过了海峡。

酒酣耳热，北京的街灯下，
热烈的拥抱，激情迸流。

遍植相思树，牵繫同胞情，
八詠楼上，赞神舟五号；

涉过银河，同访水星，

WAITING FOR YOU
——In Mourning for Wang Lusong, My Poet Friend

Footlights dim, music lapping,
Purple curtain drops down slowly?
Night falls with sun setting,
A shooting star flashes across the sky.

Thunderstruck, electric waves pierce eardrum
In tremble, blood pours into the brain

Natural, witty, aglow with health,
He was standing firm at platform;

Great remarks submerged audience across the strait,
Trees of Buddha echoed with applause in Taipei.

Seasons shift, Polaris high in the north
Painter smiled beyond the strait.

Tipsy under streetlight in Beijing
A warm hug broke forth enthusiasm.

A memorial tree pulls fellowmen tight
Spaceship No. five was our mutual topic;

Across the Milky Way and Mercury,
