THREE POEMS BY TSUN WHA
Translated by Adam Fu
THE SUMMIT OF NIGHT
Filled with dimness floating
with dimples
Treading on the rugged drunkenness
We climbed at night
Ridding off your bashfulness
thin as the dawn mist
Dragging along my constantly refreshed desire
We work together to interpret the immeasurable
deep secret
Of midnight
Drinking up the thickest
concentration of life
Draining the only reality of this life
At the moment the unlimitedly tender night
Sleeps in perpetuity and two separate lonely worlds
In the tunnel of eyesight
Suddenly dash to each other
The low singing up and
down
Has revealed incomprehensible metaphor on silence
and destruction
Deducting the most primitive sound of nature of
existence
The movement of creation of the world
accompanied with stronger and stronger
Rhythm in ancient and vast universe
Rapidly spreads
Indulge in drinking my power?I will restrain my
heartbeat jumping like a drum
To let your galloping and irresistible
Volition toward the innermost depth of night
Willfully
Flood
Over
Hold tight my eyesight hard as
the brass horn
The sky at the edge of its limitation has long been
Overloaded and over-drunk
Let the beastlike wildness endeavor to push us toward
The peak of night
With starry light shaken
off
