香港大学举办犁青与 20世纪华文文学国际学术研讨会

　　由香港大学主办，辅仁大学、武汉大学、中山大学、西南师大、徐州师大等大学，山东、福建社科院及广东教育学院等合办的“犁青与20世纪华文文学国际学术研讨会”，原订於2003年6月6日举行。因沙士疫情影响，改为网上研讨会。会议已收到各中外教授、著名诗评家如谢冕、吕进、亚历山大·彼德洛夫、黎活仁、黄自鸿、余丽文、陶原珂、戴淑芳、朱詠瑶、周明、萧秧、沈玲等的高水平的论文及众多学者的讲评。在港学者於6月6日下午举行颁奖仪式。大会颁予犁青“惠特曼诗奖”。法国巴黎第三大学博士余丽文撰文《犁青与惠特曼的比较》。香港大学中文学会颁发名誉会长犁青“邱吉尔奖”，表扬其领导才能和亲和力。香港大学中文系颁授犁青“华盛顿奖”，奖其引导中国学术走向世界，并处於领先地位。

LITERATURE INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR

　　Li Qing and 20th Century Chinese Literature International Seminar sponsored by Hong Kong University, co-sponsored by Furen, Wuhan University, Zhongshan University, Southwest China Normal University, Xuzhou Normal University, Shandong and Fujian Academy of Social Science and Guangdong Teachers College formerly scheduled to be held from 6 to 7 June 2003. It has now been rescheduled to be held on line because of impact of SARS. Quality thesis from professors and famous poetry critics like Xie Mian, Lu Jin, Alexander Peterlov, Li Huoren, Huang Zihong, Yu Liwen, Tao Yuanke, Dai Shufang, Zhu Yongyao, Zhou Ming, Xiao Yang, Shen Ling have been received. Scholars in Hong Kong held an Awarding Ceremony in the afternoon of 6 June, when Li Qing was presented 'Whitman Poetry Award' 'Comparison between Li Qing and Whitman'was composed by Dr. Yu Liwen, Dr. Of Lit. Of Third University of Paris, France. Chinese Academy of Hong Kong University presented 'Churchill Prize'to Li Qing, its Emeritus President, in recognition of his leadership and amicability. Chinese Dept. Of Hong Kong University presented Li Qing with 'Washington Prize'in recognition of his directing Chinese scholastic studies to the world and taking a cutting-edge position.
